Process Description：
After printing, embossing is performed, with the embossed area embedded in the image, requiring more precise alignment.
Printing Material：
White cardstock/natural white/300gsm. Paper with long fibers, tight, fine texture, and high toughness is more suitable for embossing.
Printing Process：
Embossing is usually carried out after offset printing or foil stamping. During printing, strict control of print quality is required to ensure the clarity of patterns and text, color accuracy, etc., laying a good foundation for subsequent embossing processes.
Application Scenarios：
Mainly used for packaging, handbags, business cards, etc.
Design Guidelines：
Provide vector files. Since embossing causes a slight raise in adjacent areas, the embossing die template should be slightly smaller than the original graphic design.
Precautions：
The usual processing method is one mold one output. Multiple molds and outputs will seriously affect the embossing effect.
